CEO MESSAGE

Makichie has a mission: To provide hearing aids with respect and consideration for the needs of the hearing-impaired. To achieve this, we strive to leverage our creativity to meet and exceed expectations.

Established as an electrical appliances store in 1945, Makichie works to not only create Japan-made hearing aids, but to also bring hearing aid developments from around the world to Japanese users.

Japan faces a rapidly aging population leading to sudden changes in demographics. This leads to many social problems, such as an increase in isolated elderly people. In response, Makichie swiftly took efforts to create products that are easy for the elderly to use by themselves. In addition, we always strive to offer reasonably priced products by applying our technical prowess and precision engineering.

We are without a doubt that Makichie’s spirit of manufacturing — our monozukuri mindset — will lead to success the world over.
This is based on our fundamental principle: to share happiness with customers.

For Makichie’s next stage, we think it’s time to bring our Japanese hearing aid technology to the world, so that all hearing-impaired people can participate equally in society and live full, energetic lives.

We still believe that hearing aids have infinite possibilities.

We look forward to working with global partners to reach our goals and provide future products and services for the betterment of the world.
